CHANGE OF MIND
BABY GET DIRTY does not offer a refund for change of mind purchase. However, we are happy to provide an exchange if you have changed your mind on items that are unworn and in the original condition within 14 days of purchase with the original purchase receipt.
We do not exchange accessories, swimwear or underwear, if you have changed your mind for hygiene purposes.
Refunds or exchanges will be provided with proof of purchase on any faulty merchandise within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds will be provided in the same form as your original payment.
Please choose carefully as BABY GET DIRTY do not refund or exchange if you change your mind or make an incorrect choice.
HOW TO EXCHANGE ONLINE PURCHASES?
Online purchases can be returned to us for a store credit via post. Please send us a direct message to our BABY GET DIRTY Facebook page or email email@example.com. We will exchange your items for a store credit under the following conditions:
- We receive the items within 14 days of you receiving your order. A printed copy of your email receipt must also be included.
- The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and otherwise unused with original packaging.
- The returned item will be posted to us at your own expense and we will not be responsible for any items that are lost in transit.
